If you don't get a confirmation number, your vehicle isn't safelisted.
Use a TEMPORARY LICENSE PLATE when safelisting your vehicle. Anything else will void your safelist, and subject you to tow.
You may be towed if you have a temporary or permanent license plate and are listed on a safelist by VIN.
For your request to be approved, you must click on and highlight each specific date you wish to use as a safe listed date.
Safelists are valid for 24 hours from the submission date and time and activated upon receiving the confirmation number. For example, if you want to safelist for after midnight, always use the before-midnight date.
Disclaimer
Requests for safe lists that are invalid or incorrectly entered will not be fulfilled, and as a result, they may be cited, towed, or have their future rights to safe lists revoked.
If your car is not parked in a specific, authorized area, having it safelisted does not stop it from being towed.
You do not have the right to store your car if you put it on a safelist. For a particular safelist, please get in touch with your management company if you intend to store your car.
Parking spaces are not guaranteed when your car is safelisted.
Some organizations restrict the parking or safelisting of recreational or commercial vehicles. Even with a safelist, towing may still happen.
Some associations advise residents to consult their association regulations for more information as they do not permit resident vehicles to be safelisted.
We regretfully cannot be held accountable for tows or citations resulting from missed messages, so we request that you refrain from emailing requests for our safe list or hot list, since we don’t always check our emails.
